Pittsburgh Theological Seminary offers a 16-month Graduate Certificate in Missional Leadership consisting of:
- Four courses
- Three online courses: Introduction to Missional Leadership, Leading Congregations in Mission, and an elective chosen by the student, and;
- One intensive course: Intercultural/Experiential Learning which provides experiential training in short-term mission trip leadership and requires six days in Pittsburgh, in addition to participation in one of the domestic or global mission trips organized by the Seminary in January Term 2024
- 12 monthly online cohort gatherings
- On-campus Gathering Retreat in March 2023 for cohort community-building and introduction to program pedagogy.
